Leo Hesse graduated from the University of Nottingham with an MRes in Advanced Genomic & Proteomic Sciences. After completing his studies, he naturally gravitated toward the world of sales and business development, realizing that he enjoyed communicating with people far more than spending hours in the lab with petri dishes and pipettes. While he holds tremendous respect for research scientists, Leo is passionate about sales, especially when it allows him to play a supportive role in helping his clients tackle complex challenges. 

In his spare time, Leo is committed to both personal and professional growth, often exploring the concept of marginal gains to continuously improve himself. He enjoys reading and, above all, loves going to the cinema, which remains his favorite way to unwind and get lost in stories on the big screen.
